O-Tsuru's Connetions with Kozuki Clan - ONE PIECE THEORY

Whats up guys. 

Wano arc has finally begun and level of excitement is too much in the One Piece fans these days since both reverie and wano will go side by side unlike the whole cake island arc where most fans complained despite it being a good arc.

Today I am going to share with you my theory which I came up with from manga. Now lets start.

Now if you did, then damn you are good but if you didn't then picture below is for you

The hairpin or whatever it is  that Tsuru has on her hair is Crest of the Kozuki Clan and not only this we can see Kozuki crest in recent chapters many times.

She can't just carry this crest being a commoner as a commoner would suffer by the hands of shogun for doing such things. I think she is a higher up in Kozuki family. Either she is some hot shot noble or she is from the side family.

One more thing is that Zoro himself might be descendant of Kozuki family line or may from side branch. I have a hunch for this and I will provide some evidence from my side too. First is when Zoro stopped the attack on Tsuru, She might've been surprised by attack which can be seen below.

But this 2nd scene shows that she is surprised at something else too.

Yes it is sandai Kitestu and she is surprised by Zoro wielding it.

Now, there is a manga by Oda which is DBZ X One Piece cross over in which zoro was shown like this.

Oda in this has hinted that Zoro is also somehow connected to Kozuki Clan.

Reason Why Miss Bakkin is after Marco The Phoenix - ONE PIECE

      After Whitebeard's death, Miss Bakkin and Edward Weevil, self proclaimed wife and son of Whitebeard respectively, were shown. It is to be noted that Edward Weevil was being manipulated by miss Bakkin and She told Weevil to search for Marco the Phoenix because he might have some treasure left by Whitebeard himself. This also hints to the same theory that Miss Bakkin would want to get her hands on that Last Road Poneglyph and might've wanted to sell it to someone else as She was shown wearing jewelry and might've been obsessed with money just like Caramel. In the recent chapters it was shown that she is from Whitebeard's former crew so she might know things that even current whitebeard pirates don't know about Whitebeard.

Why Whitebeard would have the information on last Road Poneglyph  

    We've seen the flashback of Whitebeard and Roger, in which Roger asked Whitebeard that if he wanted to know about how to get to Raftel, but Whitebeard denied and Roger at once changed to topic to Will of D as if Roger forcefully wanted Whitebeard to know about Will of D, Raftel and Road ponelglyphs.

   Later in series Doflamingo in marine custody defined Whitebeard as a person who has qualities to become the King but he decided to just stand in front of the throne instead of sitting on it. Whitebeard might've at least had some information on the last Road Poneglyph because he was also described as "man closest to achieve One Piece" in the beginning of the story and Oda might be foreshadowing that.

Fan Expectations from One Piece Live Action Series

                  There has been an uproar in social media since the announcement of One Piece's Hollywood Live action series adaptation. Some fans hate this news and some are loving it. Well it is a matter of concern if we look at live action adaptations or some previous animated series because they sucked so much but Oda has only agreed for series to be made only on condition that is not to deceive the fans of One Piece who have been with it since past 20 years and yes this series will be different from those other adaptations. Lets talk about what are expectations from this One Piece Live action series.

Adaptation should be close enough to Anime/manga

The series should be adapted it in such a way that it really looks like we are watching One Piece and that will be done by implementing exceptional quality of animation and graphics in the series. Sources say that this series might become the most expensive Live action series of the world.

              If it had been any other manga or anime like DBZ or Naruto, it had been difficult but since power levels and powers of One Piece verse can easily be shown in live adaptation they might pull it out with some effort.

No White Washing

I would really really hate the series of all the cast of One Piece is of same origin, country or industry. We do want variations in cast to see different people in the world , their life style and thus we would need a huge domain of cast so that it will really give us a feel that we are watching a series about world and not a country or continent.

A Grand domain of Star Cast 

As discussed in previous point, the star cast for this series will be huge, according to online sources (since I couldn't count myself) there are over 1000 named characters in One Piece, so if we want a Live action series close enough to manga a grand level of star cast which again draws the conclusion that if made, then this series will be most expensive one in the world.

Good Pace of the story

One of the very few drawbacks of the One Piece  manga/anime is that pace of the story is very slow. Yes since Oda never compromises with quality and very small details on each and everything the story pace automatically is slow. I would hate it if story is too fast such that we get a bad series but I would also hate it if its story is as slow as hell. As a fan I expect a good pace in the story.

Originality 

The most important thing I expect from the series is originality of One Piece, the story should be giving us goosebumps like anime/manga and it also should be able to make anyone fall for the story, bend one's emotions and make him feel awesome. As Oda stated that he would not deceive his fans who have been with him since past 20 years. I hope it turns out to be an Amazing series.

Shanks is a only a Swordsman - One Piece

     Red hair shanks is perhaps the most hyped character in One Piece,some of his fans even consider him the strongest man of the One Piece Universe. Well, we are not discussing whether or not he is strongest or not but the thing is that it is still not known that what is combat style of Shanks so title suggests I do believe that Shanks is a Swordsman and I can prove it how.

                 Some of fans may not agree but deal with it, For now Shanks is a swordsman. No Overall ability shit and no devil fruit powers or anything else, as far as haki goes lets pin it for now. Without wasting time let us see hints and proves in story

Links and Hints

  We at first did not knew that potential of shanks although knowing that he was pirate, the very first time we got to know that Shanks is one of the top guys when Hawk Eye Mihawk visited him to show him Luffy's wanted poster. There we get to know that they do sparring when shanks asked mihawk that if he had came to fight him. Now Mihawk is a swordsman and Shanks wouldn't spar with Mihawk in a sumo match.

   When Shanks boarded Moby Dick to meet Whitebeard, Whitebeard mentioned a legendary duel of Shanks and Mihawk that he said we watched with his own eyes and came to acknowledge Shanks. Now again it must definitely be a sword fight.

Actual Incidents

In One Piece, Shanks was actually involved in combat two times, One was with Whitebeard on Moby Dick and Second was at Marineford and both times he had drawn and used his sword. It is like instinct of a fighter. Shanks also drew his sword from his sheath when he made himself clear that if anyone wanted to continue violence in marineford then he would gladly become their opponent. If you still do not believe that Shanks is a swordsman then I would like you to read next point.

Shanks's Jolly Roger

 All pirates have jolly roger and jolly roger of each pirate represents him, there is no case of pirate and jolly roger having different themes in One Piece.  Ace's jolly roger had spade , Luffy's jolly roger has his straw hat, Whitebeard's jolly roger had his "hige" or facial hair or simply said then mustache. Similarly Shanks Jolly Roger has two swords. That too because he had this jolly roger when he used to fight with swords in both of his arms. If Shanks is anything else than a swordsman then he wouldn't have this Jolly Roger.

Fan Speculations and Conclusion

Shanks's fans actually believe that Shanks opposite to mihawk (who is only skilled with swords) , is powerful in overall combat ability. I would like to ask them what is overall fighting ability ? Can't Shanks be a yonkou by being a swordsman? You mean fighting with World's Strongest Swordsman is just a swordsmanship hobby of Shanks? Is the title of Worlds strongest swordsman nothing just because he is a Shichibukai? No, just like pirate king and World's strongest swordsman is also a unique title to be feared. It may totally depend on history of Shanks and Mihawk that why Mihawk was given the title but it can be assumed that Whether or not Shanks is strongest in One Piece ,but he is definitely the 2nd strongest swordsman or was even Strongest swordsman with both of his hands. (His lost limb did affected him and Oda never said that there was no effect of losing an arm on him that is myth by a youtuber theorist that went crazy)

The return of Marco the Phoenix - One Piece Theory

    Marco has been only living in sad times ever since we saw him, the guy lost his father and two brothers from his own crew. On top of that he suffered a big loss in war with Blackbeard. What will now happen with Marco?

         After the Time skip there was no mention of the Whitebeard pirates in the story except when Nekomamushi ( Master Cat Viper )
mentioned that the man they are looking for is "Marco the Phoenix". I was myself pretty excited to see the return of Marco. But first of all lets try to figure out the significance of Marco and his phoenix form.

     Phoenix is a mythical bird which is said to be immortal. It's wings are composed of healing flames and it always dies by burning in its own flames , when it dies it is born again from the ashes of its burnt remains. Thus , this time return of the Marco might be a symbol of a new birth. A new era for him. As we have discussed Marco has only suffered up until now in One Piece, he lost Thatch, Ace and his father Whitebeard. So this return might be a symbol of end of his suffering. Marco might've realized after that loss in war with Blackbeard that he has a long way to go and there are people he wants to avenge.

   I think Marco and very few Remnants of Whitebeard pirates must be preparing themselves from past two years. I can imagine Marco getting stronger, We have yet to see how he will make his comeback. He will either come to Zou with Nekomamushi or he will directly meet the straw hat crew in Wano.

     Many of the fans are discussing who will take place of a dethroned yonkou, and supernovas are leading in opinion poll because its clear that Luffy will certainly not become one of the four yonkou. I say there are good chances of Marco claiming the title of a yonkou after dethroning of Kaido or He might join the Red Haired pirates.

   Up until now Marco is the most famous character among the one piece universe people. Marines are searching for Marco, Red Hair shanks want him to join his crew. Kaido is looking for him, Miss Bakkin and Edward Weevil is looking for him and none other that Nekomamushi and Inuarashi are searching for him, It is quite certain that Oda has lots of plans for Marco the Phoenix in upcoming story.

What will Happen at Reverie - One Piece Theory

         In Zou arc, We saw leaders of various kingdoms of the world making preparations to attend Reverie also known as World Summit. This time all of the world leaders plan to attend Reverie . By looking at all those preparations which include permission to relocate Ryugu kingdom, arising question on Poneglyphs and their history we can say this year's reverie will be one of the most important events of One Piece. Lets talk about possibilities of series of events that are most likely to happen in Reverie.

Discussion On Various Threats to World and World Government

 Monkey D Dragon

It is clear , as we have seen in flashback of 8 years old Reverie in which the dragon was centre of attention. Participants at that time stated that " Revolutionary Dragon " will be a major threat to world in next 4-5 years. I am sure this time again Dragon will be the center of Attention again as that time he was just assumed to be major threat but now he is the most dangerous threat that World Government.

Marshall D Teach

Blackbeard has become another major threat to the world government. One of the four yonkou who tried to destroy the marineford a.k.a "marine headquarters". Unlike any other yonkou or pirate he didn't climbed the ladder of fame but came into power so suddenly that he has become of the nightmares. Also he is the only person in the history that has been seen using power of two devil fruits and not the ordinary ones either.

Straw Hat Pirates

Monkey D Luffy and Straw hat pirates after their grand return have also been getting attention of the World Government. Luffy will be assumed as the next most major threat to the world government in the upcoming years , most probably because he has shown his power at the very centre of attention of the whole world in marineford. It has been considered before and Luffy has surpassed their expectation.

Abolition of Seven Warlord system

This is the most certain event that will take place in the Reverie, as fujitora told that in this years reverie he is going to make a proposal to abolish the seven warlords system. I think that chances of abolition of seven warlord system are more than 80% percent due to the events that happened with previous warlords. Crocodile caused chaos in Alabasta, Doflamingo oppressed Dressosa and caused chaos when his reality was revealed. Blackbeard became one of the Seven warlords of the sea to misuse the power of its title and Jimbei although being a warlord did not complied with world government when they needed him the most. Law sided with luffy, edward weevil is killig inncoent citizens with his enemies as well.

           We have seen how determined and righteous fujitora is. Even Smoker admitted that he could not even think of doing same in Alabasta, what fujitora did in Dressrosa. The most interesting question is , what will happen to warlords stripped of their titles especially the important ones like Mihawk and Boa Hancock. Altough Kuma will remain of Marine side, this is for sure.

Start of the Rebellion by various countries

In zou arc we have seen various countries making preparations for reverie and did you see any similarity between them  ? Yes, All of them were related to Luffy like Alabasta, Dressrosa, Kano, Ryugu, Sakura Kingdom etc. This time when Luffy will be declared as a major threat many countries who support luffy will arise question on World government, also the countries like Ryugu kingdom who wish to relocate fishman island on surface and  Alabasta who wish to directly ask and confront the World government about the poneglyphs will ultimately make World government angry. As one piece's story is 70% complete it is not surprising if the rebellion starts in the world right now.

Arrival of Monkey D Dragon

Many believe that Monkey D dragon will make an entrance in the Reverie. Well it might be possible because of certain hints like Dragon gathering all of the Revolutionary leaders in the world, all of them are most certainly needed if the dragon wants to infiltrate holy land of mariejois where reverie takes place once in every four years.

                  Dragon knows that he cannot achieve his goal to take down World Government alone and he will need help of various kingdoms , therefore all rebelling countries will take on dragon's side which will ultimately trigger the possibility of a great war with World Government. The story will go in original one piece pace that means this will happen in span of at least 100 chapters.

Marine Rebel Faction and their possible targets - One Piece Theory

           Today we are going to talk about a small branch of Marines, "Rebel Faction". What is Rebel Faction and What is its role. We are going to talk about. Who is the target of Rebel Faction. We have 3 possibilities but lets talk about what is Rebel Faction.

Rebel faction

                 Rebel faction is a branch of Marines that deals with the Rebels , mostly those who rebel against the marines. Rebel faction was mentioned by Squard, captain of "Whirl Spider Pirates". Who mentioned that he was manipulated by member of "Rebel Faction". We already know who that members. Since this branch is a "faction" that means it has low number of members which means they are indeed formidable despite their numbers.

             We thus can say Akainu was a member of Rebel Faction who was promoted to an admiral and later to fleet admiral. It can clearly be seen that how akainu behaves with those who stand in way of his absolute justice like they are Rebels. The marine he killed who was running and coby who was stopping him are the best examples.

Now we have yet to see other members of Rebel faction, lets now see whom rebel faction might after be.

Monkey D Dragon

             This is the most obvious possibility. I bet you guys must have heard theories about dragon being a formal admiral. Well I say those are pretty good theories because they actually make sense but I would like to add a little possibility of Monkey D Dragon being former chief fighter of Cipher Pol agis Zero. Yes, I think this might also be possible because only one powerful in World G organisation are Gorosei, Navy Commander in chief (currently "Kong") ,Fleet admiral and 3 admirals. But considering if there were already 3 admirals I think that dragon was chief of CP0, who realized the difference between absolute justice and true justice.

            I think Akainu having possible history with dragon does not need to be discussed because it is pretty obvious. Akainu of the Rebel Faction was chasing after his Dragon Senpai and dragon senpai screwed him with power of wind, as wind can freeze magma. With power such as dragon there is no way that akainu would have won. That is why he was obsessed with dragon and killing luffy.

"Gluttony" Jewelry Bonney

         It also seems that Jewelry bonney was somehow linked with World Government. Her meeting with akainu after her fight with blackbeard raises a lot of questions like Why was she holding a grudge against Blackbeard for what he did at marineford? What is her link with world government? and so more.

        Well I think she was being used by World Government to manipulate the ages of people,prisoners to change their identities or she might even be decreasing age of gorosei to keep them alive. Well I cant say that for sure but she was very important to World Government. So Rebel faction might definitely be after her.

"Red Flag" X- Drake

               I must say , he is most interesting Supernova , he is son of a former marine turned pirate, taken into the custody of marines at very small age , became a marine and then turned into a pirate. By his behaviour it can be seen that he does not agree with the system of World Government.

              As a former rear admiral with a bounty on his head he is a threat to World Government, Rebel faction will definitely come after drake. I also think that Drake has some connections with Dragon and he might also be a member of Revolutionary Army. But that's just my thinking lol as there are no evidences on this.
